As deadlines are quickly creeping upon us, AIM have taken action to ensure students are indulging in some well-earned time off to de-stress this semester. From 25th– 29th, you can giggle your worries away at the laughter workshop or relax in the chill vibes of the pillow cinema. Whatever it takes to allow you to relax – AIM have you covered!

AIM is a mental health and wellbeing society that was created by Tom McIntosh in 2018. He wanted to produce something that was student based and representative of students, as opposed to the university via student support and living services. AIM was then born and now students have an alternative place to find help and advice. The society is currently doing lots of research into self-help and is now working alongside the FXU to provide events and resources like AIM week.
