A report published by the Ministry of Housing has shown that rough sleeping is on the rise in the South West.
The report looked at one night during a period last autumn and, although rough sleeping decreased in most of England, the South West saw a rise.
Some criticise the report as it only shows rough sleepers and doesn’t count those sofa surfing or in hostels.
