Newquay Airport, in Cornwall, has increased their flight numbers and destinations to different places in Scotland.

The flights from Newquay to Edinburgh will operate up to five times a week from 29th March with Flybe.

New flights from Newquay to Glasgow and Newquay to Aberdeen will be operated by Loganair.

Flights to Glasgow will be available from May 22nd and will run up to five times a week.

Flights to Aberdeen will begin on April 1st of this year and will run up to five times a week as well.

Tickets for flights to Aberdeen will be from £74.99 for one way and tickets for flights to Glasgow will be from £69.99 for one way.

All of the flights that are operated by Loganair will allow passengers to have 15kg of hold luggage which is included in the price of the flight.

Richard Thomasson, Interim Airport Director at Newquay airport, has said that the airport is delighted about the new services.

“Given the appeal that Scotland has as a destination, and the distance involved in getting there, we know how popular these new services will be.”
