Visitors to Porthleven’s annual Food Festival, now in its 11th year, can expect to find good music, great atmosphere and delicious food and drink from some of the best local food producers in Cornwall. Across three days there’s plenty for festival goers to enjoy, including live music from BBC Introducing Cornwall and a host of local acts.

The appeal for visitors is clear, but what draws businesses to the festival? Truthfal reporter, Alice Cass, went down to the fishing village to ask local producers Michelle Fisher, Mark Rudge and Ed Hughes what events like Porthleven Food Festival mean to their businesses.
