A group of third-year students at Falmouth University have worked with the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) to create an immersive multimedia experience. The group of students combined their creative skills to put together different forms of media visitors are able to completely interact with. The aim of the project is to bring awareness to the dangers of the sea. Don’t Drink and Dive tells the story of how a young girl trys to understand that her older sister has drowned and how she copes with the death of someone so close to her. During the event visitors were able to flick through newspaper clippings, listen to phone calls, read a personal diary and completely interact with pre-recorded phone calls and radio alerts.
