This Christmas, the Eden Project is hosting a spectacular and immersive site wide sound and light experience.
‘Shadows and Light’ features stunning installations, sculptures, music and soundscapes from internationally renowned artists across the entire site.
Among these are ‘‘Echoes’ The Weather-makers’, by Renegade & Silent Studios, a constantly changing light and soundscape which uses weather data from the world’s rainforests and can be found in the Rainforest Biome, and a Laser Forest in the Mediterranean Biome which features a giant interactive ‘forest’ of lasers created by over 150 musical ‘trees’.
Beginning your journey on the viewing platform, you will see pockets of glowing colour and dancing lights calling you towards the Biomes, each one showcasing a unique spectacle. Discover playful and interactive light sculptures and watch the entire Eden Project glow with colour.
Every evening will welcome musical performances from Big Brass Band, as well as The Opera Singers, The Cornwall Quarter and The Simon Latarche Duo.
The festive experience, which runs until December 30 (select dates), is an evening of fun for all the family and an absolute must this Christmas.
