Mental health effects one of every eight men every single day. Suicide is the leading cause of death among men in the UK. Over three quarters of suicides are committed by men. Every day someone goes through a battle with mental health and it can affect anyone and everyone, it is no secret that most people find speaking about the issue almost impossible.  For many men sport is a release, a chance to be a part of a team and an opportunity to forget about issues outside of the game. We had a chance to speak with James Instance from Falmouth Rugby Club about his experience with people suffering around them and what he hopes to see happen moving forward.
