According to the Cornwall Racial Equality Council, the South West is one of the least ethnically diverse of the nine English regions. On average, out of every 1,000 people living in the South West, only 4 people are black.

So what is it like for an ethnic minority to move to Cornwall from London, a city which is considerably more diverse than the rest of the United Kingdom?
